Almost 50 years now, however steam is back in service on the National Railway system. Well thought out Northern Trains.

Saw it pin the news and it looked superb so well done NR however with a 67 on the tail and second crew it will be an expensive operation.
If costs were comparable with the service trains but with increased ticket receipts it would be good business and difficult for managers to ignore.
However as said I think two crews and two locos will keep it to just the odd few occasions.
Fingers crossed they're testing the water and it might appear as a regular feature..minus the diesel...

Just removed 3 inches from two scenic boards to get them through a 28 inch wide loft hatch!

Successfully fitted replacement touch screen No 5 to my three year old iphone. Only cost £18 for the replacement. Getting quite good at these now!
