  1. Yeah, I tried looking for it after it was posted like crazy on the thread, now it's apparently gone.
  2. I was sold as soon as I saw that the DCC sound fitted models would have 3 speakers, this will be probably the best rtr dcc sound fitted steam loco considering how loud these locos are in real life.
  3. There's another glitch on their new site showing that they're planning to produce a collett 81xx large prairie, but they haven't annoucned it but I see it pop up occasionally.
  4. The only other online retailers thay haven't are also the only ones able to ship outside of the UK or EU, so I have to wait a bit longer, and TMC said they aren't getting any of theirs till round Feburary/March.
  5. Olivia's Trains seems to have some of the coaches in stock, may have to order them from there since the other shops that have any in stock can't currently ship to the USA.
  6. Hornby already stated that the tooling for the A2/2s was for the BR versuons only due to the boilers being different from the pre-BR versions of the 6 pacifics.
  7. Okay, I just looked on a book on the standard steam locomotives and it had a chart of the tenders, and yeah, that'll be the one that 92194 has, so that means we'll be seeing a new tooling of the BR1F, BR1G, and BR1K tenders when the 9Fs are released.
  8. I'm assuming if they're modelling 92167 with the mechanical stoker that it'll have the BR1K tender and 92220 Evening Star will have the BR1G tender, but what tender will 92194 have?
  9. Also, the P2s weren't actually as good in practice as they were on paper, the A2/2s actually saw more use than when they were P2s, but no one realized it as they were focusing on the "Thompson hates Gresley." nonsense, even to the point where they made it seem like Thompson was berating Peppercorn, the A2s were built to be mix traffic pacifics, but I'm guessing a lot of factors made it seem like his pacifics were the worst locos ever to be used on the Eastern & North Eastern regions of BR.
  10. As stated before, he isn't liked because of garb said about how he was destroying gresley's legacy, even though if the P2s and Great Northern were on any of the other 3 railway companies they'd be scrapped, and like in the video posted a few pages back, a lot of stufd thompson did was also from research other people did, plus the conjugated valve gear was in terrible nick due to low maintainence during WW2, so heavy repairs had to be done to any 3 cylinder Gresley locomotive post war.
  11. So, what shops so far have the coaches in stock? I'm still confused as to why some shops have certain versions in stock but Hornby's website still has them on pre-order.
  12. Pre-ordered the LB&SCR liveried brake coach, luggage coach, and the two 3rd class coached from tmc, will try to get the 1st class coach & a terrier to pull them at some point, & possibly the L&NWR 6-wheelers at some point too as I'm excited to compare these to the Hattons variants.
  13. How soon till we find out though? I'm kinda hoping to see a kettle.
  14. Hornby have officially corrected R3986 92167 to be an era 5 loco with late crest, I emailed them about it about a day or two ago, either way I am excited, will be getting 92167 & 92194 as they are allocated in areas I'm interested in modelling.
  15. Definitely gonna knab Bellerophon when I can.
  16. Plus they're the only other BR Standard class tender locomotive with a wide route availability other than the Class 2MT 2-6-0s so they work better for a wider amount of layout options over the other br standard tender classes.
  17. Batch three is being worked on dude as they need to get through the first two batches, this is needless and false panic from lack of reading proper how they're gonna be doing this and they just got the 2nd batch 3D livery samples.
  18. RMWeb will be a bit more stable than Hornby's website to be fair, also all the shops will have their own viewing pages for them.
  19. The Hornby engine shed will have a special blog release with the full range as well as the signal box video, then there are also hattons and their live stream as well as website page, Hornby magazine's usual full coverage, jenny kirk, and sam's trains are also gonna do a live stream on their respective channels about the releases too.
  20. Welp, just one day left then after that, it'll be annoucement time.
  21. Went and pre-ordered Green Arrow in LNER Green from Locomotuon, smooth transaction as alwayd from these kind people, will also be pre-ordering 4771 in her BR Green guise as well when I have a bit more funds.
  22. With how well the EP sample was done, I am VERY excited, I will be pre-ordering one of the Rails sound fitted versions, and those two confirns that Bachmann are going to annouce sound fitted versions of the standard release V2s as well.
  23. Remember it's pre-production, so, like I've had to point out to people elsewhere, it's not gonna look like this on the final version.
