  1. I am also doing a network rail test coach 62384 utu coach. This is a combination of a Bachmann coach, brittania pacific kit, 3d parts I drew and a lad at the club printed
  2. Creating a network rail landrover rrv welding vehicle. Following a video a while ago that Strathpeffer junction did using a Oxford diecast landrover rrv and a USA Bachmann hirail chassis to create a motorised model. I couldn't find any prototype photos of the white network rail landrover but I did find this photo. This is from Aquarius rails website who modify them so I decided to draw in cad the box part and modify the Oxford model. The Bachmann chassis will have the wheels blacked to simulate tires and the black part painted silver to simulate the rim. It will be dcc with small stay alive
  3. Love it they look stunning, you need one of these each end a destination board
  4. What blue paint did you use for the viu? It looks stunning, would it be possible to get some printed or the stl file for the parts for it please? Andy
  5. I prefer the sound of legomanbiffo once it's running compared to esus sound file but it does include the twin start up
  6. I think it might be a recording of a trans 1 type I'll ask legomanbiffo if he can add a second engine
  7. Lighting nearly completly done a couple of leds to go the sound file is linked to the lights so as per big jim the buzzer goes off of the gangway lights remain on. I've put a function to recreate a apu fault so the blue beacon flashes and the water jets and apu stop. Legomanbiffos sound file automatically stops the keys when stationary or slow speeds. The detonator flash is synced to leds by the wheels and the cablights turn off when stationary
  8. Spot the difference between my mpv water module and the old pure grey water tank that came with it. Decals added from railtec and custom decals from precision labels. Chrome paint from ak, 3d printed brace and cage drawn by me and printed by a lad at the club.
  9. Finally finished the slave mpv unit lighting with strip lights, gangway lights, spot lights, cablight, bi mode marker and tail light and floodlights. Updated livery with green removed on the cab side only renaming on the cab angled front and a stay alive added
  10. The five optics for the mpv side lights fitted and tested and the front spotlights added. Headlights and tailights modified for bimode rail lights and markers and the gangway strip light added
  11. When do you think you'll make it over to blakemere? Is there any chance you could record the buzzer sound for the gangway light left on while moving and any alarm you would get when the blue light for the apu comes on?
  12. Class 47 finished couplings blackened, sprung and fitted. Engine bay windows a small recessed blank fitted to allow window to still be illuminated like accurascale class 37s
  13. I have used 0.75mm fibre optic for the gangway strip light. Picked out the detail in white and black and decals added.
  14. I am going to add the strip lights on the sides never noticed them before. Will see if I can create a sequence fire the activation but will definitely add a quiet alarm for the gangway light being left on. Going to modify the water jetting sound to include the minimum speed and if the apu isn't running start that first. My Mrs is having a major operation just before Christmas and I'll be watching our lad and helping her so not sure how much I'll get to blakemere but let me know when your going and I'll try to pop down
  15. How long would you normally be stopped before you would deenergise the cab? What noise noises would it go through to deenergise? I've seen a video of the mpv moving and the lower spotlights on the front on
