There's an article by Tom Allett on the dive-under in the next Rail magazine out on the 17th of this month. It states in the article that the naming of the opening date was imminent as it went to press.
‐‐----‐-----------------------------------------
From another forum:
"Is the dive under coming into service with the winter timetable on Sunday 12th Dec? If so, does anyone know what the first service is likely to be?"
An answer on that other forum:
"That's still the plan, as far as I am aware!
Probably nothing until the Monday, as there is no freight booked to run via Spalding on a Sunday,
unless there is to be a special 'inauguration' working to break some strategically placed banners
on the Sunday?" -

Werrington Junction work site and trains 3/11/21. A YouTube film by Barrie Donoghue

Weren't local people also asked to vote for either a flyover or a dive-under? I thought they went for the dive-under on the grounds of not wanting noisy, polluting diesels straining up the slopes of a flyover... I could be wrong.

If you look on Railcam diagrams there are at least a dozen northbound trains in a queue slowly moving through Grantham
The lead train (1S13) is just short of Newark and is currently 240 late
LNER say OHLE problems at Peterborough, now fixed, but delays for the rest of the day.
EDIT
1S13 now travelling at some pace and not losing anymore time.
Multiple trees down over a large area around Tallington, more have come down since the line was reopened, hence trains all stuck again.
