Hi all, I have to be honest and say after reading this blog I am in awe of the level of detail on your models micklner! I started out with a very basic triang horny flying Scotsman and recently purchased some of the Hornby "super detail" a3s (which I was impressed with) however your models are on another level altogether! My only question is regarding the victor wild a3 (page 22), I can only find images on google showing the numbering on the gn tender underneath the LNER lettering - not on the cab. Was this changed when the loco was converted from a1 to a3 class? I ask because I'm contemplating having one of mine converted and want to know if I would need the gn type tender re-number/lettering or not? Regards
