  1. 40 012 on the Glasgow to Stranraer parcels. Class 24 137 on a lightly loaded Stranraer to Glasgow parcels.
  2. Hi. Are any of your kits available to buy? Thanks
  3. All set for the charity open day. A couple of pounds at the gate and wander around till your hearts content.
  4. Eastfield pair 20 128/67 make the spotters day.
  5. Thanks. The bottom two are from my days at Ayr MRG. The layout is Pathhead which was roughly based on New Cumnock on the G+SWR. The top two are on my own layout. All taken on a Samsung Android phone.
  6. Two different class 66's having passed through New Cumnock station on the G+SWR. Taken on a Samsung camera phone. And under flourescent light.
  7. Thanks Paul. That's excellent info. I didn’t know about the wooden base for carrying track panels. I don’t know if these will be any use.
  8. I was told last year by a Hattons member of staff that the demand for the 66's was still very high and not to be surprised if there was another run. Here's hoping. I like many persevered with them. I think they are miles better than any other 66 on the market. At least Hattons made an effort to match up the correct side windows with the specific loco. Here's some of my collection.
  9. That's a cracking picture. Whose catenary did you use? Thanks.
  10. Got the signal for entry into the depot. I couldn't decide on which picture I preferred. 😊
  11. Finally got around to detailing and weathering my two. The 'how to' pages on the Accurascale website for fitting the details etc, should be the benchmark from now on for every other manufacturer. Excellent.
  12. Well spotted Andy. In my defence though, my usual modelling eras are triple grey onwards. 😊
  13. By telling a big fib. They were a bargain. So you got all the one size but in different colours. The shop said you could return the ones you didn’t like. You also got the big pack of toilet rolls you were originally sent for. There you go. Cover story done.😚😚
  14. BR Blue Days. With a bit of refreshment added. It is a Friday night😉
  15. HI It is a base layer of woodland scenics ballast that has been spray painted with precision paints track colour. It was then brushed/dabbed with Mig 'oil and grease' paint to give it the impression of that soaked look. The burnt static grass is a wws product that's been applied where I saw fit. Hth
  16. Hi. The layout is only 8ft x 2 ft on the scenic side.
