  1. Hi All, loco now finished. Here it is on the right with the first kit one I made from the Smallbrook Thor kit on the left. Both DCC sound fitted on Hornby Smokey Joe chassis. Cheers Tim

  3. Hi everyone, well this is the beginning of Green Leaf#2. I finally got around to putting the last pair of legs onto the 4th baseboard. These are images of the four boards connected up for the first time in my messy study - or should I call it train room! I've wired up all the boards with two bus bars - one for track the other for points. More soon. Cheers Tim
  4. Hi Peter, I've just measured my three way tandem. It's 460mm max. at the toe end you would have 50mm before the blades. Hope this helps Tim

  12. Hi All, some more progress on the new narrow gauge scratch build loco - well the top half is scratch built. Now with buffer beam and buffers and the beginning of the boiler and cab - very far from finished. cheers Tim

  14. Hi all, I've started work on another NG loco. Based on a Hornby 0 4 0 chassis - this time an inside cylinder model. I'm scratch building everything up from the chassis. i'll keep you posted if there is interest Cheers Tim

  16. Hi All, two more wagons pretty much made, another box van and a flat wagon for the narrow gauge section of the new Green leaf brewery. Cheers Tim
  17. Hi third wagon for the NG section of the new Green Leaf Brewery railway, a box van. The chassis is a Dapol 'OO' one everything else is scratch built. cheers Tim
  18. Looks excellent Ade, the levers are really good. Make sure you have a level surface on the shelf for the tea - signal boxes run on it! Great stuff Tim

  20. Hi All, latest project for the NG section of the brewery is an open 5 plank wagon, built on a Dapol 00 chassis. It needs cleaning up before priming. Cheers Tim

  22. Thor Update Hi all, well the loco is pretty much done now. Photos show the cab detail including a number of my own additions plus the external livery. The Hornby chassis has DCC, stay alive and sound. Cheers Tim
