  1. Thanks Howl03 for the information on the J70
  2. Paul you have modelled a beautiful little micro layout. I really like the background sound of birds singing while your tram loco is busy shunting. Lovely video. Can I ask where you purchased your tram.
  3. Afternoon all. I have been busy building the embankment structure and glueing the brick wall in place. The mainline track and disused track have been glued in place. As you can see the drainage cover and trunking are glued in place ready for painting. I have used a couple of bits of trunking to rest the relay boxes on, which you won’t see once ballasting has been completed. I have taken a few snap of my progress.
  4. Stu I like the concept of looking out of a railway coach. Nice modelling mate.
  5. Like the look of the retaining wall and the grass work. The points Roding is. A great touch having been left there.
  6. An interesting cakebox entry, looking forward to seeing more.
  7. Luke I like the picture of the magazine entrance. The theme you have chose to model is of interest as my grandad was a gaurd at one of these sites. I like the start of your entrance, will be watching with interest.
  8. Lovely modelling Jerry. I think it’s great that you are laying the tiles individually. It will be a much better result.
  9. Jerry thanks for your comments and interest into my diorama build. Today I have started on the embankment structure and raising the mainline track a little. Will post up a picture later today.

I really like these small diorama boards. i have placed the track where it will finally be laid. trunking and relay boxes arrived. im on nights tonight, so tomorrow I will concentrate on building the bank side and glueing the track in place.
  13. Luke I can see where you get your inspiration from. A great theme to model, will watch with interest.
  14. Hi guys bit of an update. I’m still waiting for the diorama board to arrive. On a good note the wells electric trunking has arrived along with the ballast, track and red brick card. Hope to start soon.

  17. Not really thought about it Rod but easily done.
  18. This will be a 200mm x 200mm diorama. The theme is about folk sitting on a bank side having a picnic and watching trains go by. I have pinched a few ideas from GeoffinOz which he kindly agreed to as he is building a cakebox with a similar scene. embankment. fence. brick wall. two lengths of track. 1 working line and 1 disused line. ( oo gauge ). scenery. diesel loco. scenery/gravel. and of course figures.
