I have to be honest, I’m quite disappointed. The seacows look nice, especially the weathered one. But I was hoping for privatisation eta mk2 coaches. As the eBay prices are getting just daft for them. Oh well. Locomotion looks lovely, but I sadly I can’t see them selling in large numbers.

Extremely sad news today. Not to mention totally unexpected. I’ve shopped there for roughly 20 years. The last item being an amazing bargain priced RFD 47 and a Loadhaul VDA. They will be sadly missed and leave a huge hole in this hobby. I hope that all the staff are able to find new jobs soon.

That’s a really good point. Personally I think Hornby have really shot themselves in the foot by only selling through their own website. But i happy to be proved wrong.

Happy New year guys. Well there have been some brilliant suggestions. My wish would be to see 0-6-0 Bagnal saddle tanks. For no other reason that, they used to run past my house. Well when the iron ore mines were operating anyway. Long before I was born as well!. That’s not going to happen, but I would love them to release more TTS chips as stand alone items. The diesel ones are like rocking horse stuff….!. Cheers.
