So Argyle Street has now closed down, the last Trains moved out the Stock, and the London Midland 153 was the last Passenger Service to depart before the Contractors moved in to turn the Yard and Station into a Shopping Mall full of empty Shops with To Let stickers across the windows.

Nice collection of HGV's etc. you've got there, and nicely weathered. I think that after I've completed weathering work on my locos, I may just give some of my own road vehicles "the treatment", for they appear a bit "toy-like", and a bit of toning-down will I'm sure enhance their appearance .... :)

    Two more projects ...

My two Howes Class 37 sound decoders have arrived, I just now need to decide what locos to fit them into. Can't be 37035 as that's an unrefurbished version.

Due to my enforced layoff , I’ve had plenty of time to mess about with modelling. Taking a pause today to run a few trains, as I need a break from painting / sticking myself together with glue.

60007 awaits a light engine move , to operate Banford - immingham empty steel. First 66 in the fueller ( still not quite finished , awaiting drain pipes , roof vents etc ), and this bit of plastic is a labour of love as I’m handscribing bricks to make the building that sat at one end of bescots main shed .

That's true and both ideas are very good. When you have used plastic card, did you watch videos on Youtube etc before you attempted anything or did you just buy some and have a go? I'm just trying to gauge how achievable it would be to get a decent enough looking result for a depot/shed area.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind Regards,

    Danny.

My depot I built on Banks road few years ago 2010 was built from same idea,

in fact everything I build which has concrete look floor is from plastic card Danny...

    Thanks neil..
