    Well that’s my pre order 50149 all paid for, can’t wait for them to start arriving, I know that’s a bit off yet.

    I had a 37051 with the same sound problems sent the decoder back for a replacement.

    They seem to have used the extended horn housing which is wrong for those models, but would have suited 66793.

    I would use T Cut to remove the numbers, oil paint to fade the paintwork then frame dirt and rust on the underframe with grease and oil stains around axle boxes also grease on the buffers with a bit of metallic added to give it a greasy look.

    Help, my sound fitted 37051 doesn’t make sound, the motor works the lights work but when I tried to start it I got a second of startup then it cut out and nothing since, all I get is a crackling sound I have reset cv8 a few times and it makes no difference, I have asked Accurascale but all they could suggest is reset cv8. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Colletts Models, Exmouth have some non sound 37051’s available

    You can get them from eBay car wheel balancing weights

    That’s a lot of locos if you include all livery variations combinations with body differences, especially with GBRf and the euro imports with their extended light module and horn details

    The weights are self adhesive so when I can get chance to run it on a larger layout I can remove them if necessary

    I used car wheel balance weights under the chassis, it made a big difference

    I would use any bright orange I had in stock,

    Don’t forget the original 66/8’s that Colas had or the Freightliner green 66/7’s GBRf had before they were repainted.

    Because I bought mine from a retailer I was told spare part’s couldn’t be sent to me and I had to go through the retailer, the retailer was told spare parts couldn’t be sent to him and he had to send it back to Accurascale

    Did you not have to send it back to Rails, my 423 was missing a part and it has had to go back to the retailer for them to send it to Accurascale for repairs.
