  1. The match truck was there to cover situations where there were staggered ends to track circuits. This usually occurs through complicated pointwork.
  2. I'm afraid the discs are gone from Madeley Junction in anything i have access to but 2 does look like you might need to know it's alight...
  3. It does beg the question. Where was a disc so important it had to be lamp proved? The can't be too many locations.
  4. We had a brief discussion about slots here.. http://www.signalbox.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3699&p=44033&hilit=slot#p43432
  5. The signals are superb without a doubt. I thought i'd post the picture of the pyrometer as it is one of the rarer fittings for these signals, almost as rare as a slot...
  6. A few pictures from a trundle round the stores.. Unfortunately the rest of this is 80 miles away.. The plugged holes not featured on your BR(M) disc.. and what they are intended for... I'm sure others have seen the pyrometer attachment but this is the only one i've ever seen.
  7. Mine's off the up hump at Whitemoor http://signalbox.org/signals/threeposition.htm
  8. I have one of these awaiting restoration. Super model. I have some good drawings for the BPRS type motor if needed.
  9. I'd say it is a stencil indicator for 60 and 63 at Crescent Junction. Odd that it doesn't appear on any of the box diagrams. I'm off to check some S&T paperwork.
  10. The first thing i thought of when i saw the 20p was the good Major (Olver) conducting one of his railway inspections for HMRI. He would say ''Got a 50p lad?'' and it would go between stock and switch for the facing point lock test. Good times. Super track, super model.
  11. Give or take a few days 20 years ago saw the destruction of 'my' boxes.. http://www.flickr.com/photos/nicholasy/
  12. I have emailed a plan titled GNR Peterborough Station Combined Cattle Pens and Loading Wharf.
  13. Whereabouts was the combined cattle pens and loading wharf?
  14. This comes with not knowing the patch.. I'd seen C4 in the picture upthread and thought i had a diagram but this is 4A.
  15. A rather odd interaction with 11 signal and Elm Road gates. I need to be less wet and cold to study it properly. The joys of working on the railway.
  16. I thought i'd take a look at what information i had on Wisbech. I wasn't expecting to see anything to do with the tramway in the interlocking but there is.
  17. I may well have the box diagram for this one tucked away somewhere.
  18. Wow that's super. Thanks for showing me the rebuilt box. I need to get out more and actually see places like this.
