Must admit I hate the prima donna side of football.
Luckily I'm a season ticket holder at Crewe Alexandra and Dario Gradi - despite his other faults - won't tolerate prima donnas. Was, originally, hopeful of 'another decent season for us this year, but with lots of players let go and just one player signed (a reserve 'keeper) and a squad which is filled by first year pro's, I can't see it.
That said, there's some cracking young lads coming through: Nick Powell, Max Clayton, Ben Garratt, Brendan Daniels and Caspar Hughes. 'Owl' (Hughes) might well be one to look out for this year... all you fans of bigger clubs, keep your eyes peeled!
Back to the premier though, I can't see past United sadly, with Liverpool (as a closet Evertonian as well it really hurts me to say this) being their closest challengers.
Been a proper boring transfer window though!
