    is currently in 1L73 being pilotman worked over the UF in the down direction between Woking & Farnborough - a proper piece of old-fashion railway practice on the modern railway - Lovely !!! All the years I looked after the Emergency X-over at Farnborough and never travelled through it until right now - new track !!!!

      Absolutely - haven't felt this excited about a forthcoming model for years - I have so wanted the SR Booster EL's modelled and the 4-CEP's were a part of my childhood trainspotting then teenage travel then both travel for work & being part of my early BR career.

      Of the 13 Solstice mornings I experienced living within 2 miles of Stonehenge between 2007 & 2020 - only 3 were ever sunny & bright - have seen a lot of disappointed Druids in that time .............. 😂
