Supper tonight is a chuckitin - lamb mince bought from Sainsbury's this evening as a last day good item (i.e. mucho reduced) , onions, mushrooms, chestnuts, a couple of chopped tomatoes and potatoes, all now simmering in a red wine stock (from a stockpot) and awaiting consumption in about half an hour. There is enough for more then one meal, so that may be eaten tomorrow evening or it meat be tomorrow lunch sorted.
