Need to put girders on the underside of the bridge, but trying out montage for back scene. Obviously still need to put in street furniture etc. A question, would class 15's be seen in such a location, or indeed Cl 73 on trip working? I should know but, don't! Thanks guys Ian B -

Great photos and thanks for the link. The next set of buildings are the rear of a terrace I was going to do these in cream brick. I've done the ones in the previous post in faded red which kinda looks yellow, I wanted some variety otherwise it would look like a Laura Ashley bedroom. I have seen some roofs of what appears to be corrugated asbestos (or iron) on domestic properties, I don't know if they were built like this or is it temp. replacement for bomb damage? Can you help? Thanks! Taking the layout to Workington Show on Saturday may even meet Workington man. Cheers Ian -

Great photos, very inspirational and thanks for posting, I would love to see some more of them. I am afraid progress with S.G. is slow, but I'm hoping to have a speed up over the winter. Thanks Ian B -

Sorry I don't know who took the photo, it was in a box of local (Tyneside) snaps I bought at a card fayre some years ago. All it has is 'Little Benton' on the back. I believe the consist is running from Walker car sheds to South Gosforth. Ian B

It's a Dave Alexander kit I bought on a well known auction site. I have an unmade one, it was my intention to use this to produce the single car DMBT No E29238E. But, to be realistic it is unlikely that this will happen. I've also drawn up cutting plans for the Silhoutte for the N.E.R. parcels car in it's de-icing incarnation, again I wonder if I'll get round to it! i am however building some non-revenue earning stock for the Harton part of Tynebank. I'm also pleased to say that Tynebank is just about complete with only a few 'touch up' bits and pieces to do, who knows I may get an exhibition invite!

A few changes to Tynebank, swopped Harton Line and B.R. Staithes lines around. Some snaps. Had to use the drone for the second one! Making progress with the weedkiller, alas had to smoke another cigar.
