Solicitors taking the piss Almost cost me & my 2 kids £28,000 in Inheritance Tax between us with probate by not reading the Will right & missing that £70,000 was going to charity which just drops the total below the limit A good job my Dad & I pick it up But this is what we are paying for so we should not have to tell the Solicitors what in the Will as they have the original will so a big GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR from me

  Where I comes frum we has a word for em Loyers which means eiver Lawyers or Liars as they sound much the same in our dierlect

  Deffo have a big word with Citizens Advice about this or go online to investigate how you could make a complaint. That sort of oversight is shocking from so called professionals.

  Told my kids when passing on a few bob to say nowt and if taxman asks where dad's money went tell him dad had a gambling habit, put it on horse and lost.
