A testament to how well Accurascale have done this. I've been backdating my model of 37051 and have used IPA to remove the depot plaques - a very easy task. The outline will disappear under weathering and varnish in due course.

Are there any minimum terms after the 6 months once the £4.99 direct debit begins?

Just some EWS, Loadhaul, Mainline Blue mid 90's 37's would do just nicely 👍

Superb work James, it's nice to see that the older Bachmann 47 can still be an ideal candidate for a detailing project 👍

I was trying to subtly suggest there wasn't a standard EWS 37/4 !!
Yes I get what you were trying to say.
I know they all have subtle differences and there isn't a "standard" EWS 37/4. My post was merely to suggest AS doing an EWS machine in the future.

Do you mean EWS or EW&S ?
Just a 37/4 in EWS livery, perhaps one of the unnamed ones so there's some flexibility for renumbering etc.

Hi Chaps
could you enlighten me on 31276 class 31 'calder hall power station' for Key Publishing. It doesnt seem to have been mentioned in despatches.
just need an idea of roughly which Qtr that will arrive.
thanks
It is mentioned above under Hornby Magazine as arriving in Q3 2024.

I think we need some standard EWS 37/4's before anything else comes along..

It might be an 08 perhaps?

Hopefully we see a similar number of releases in EWS, Mainline, Triple grey etc as there have been DRS models, we're all waiting patiently! And having now received my first Accurascale 37 I'm definitely happy to be purchasing many more.
I would put money on a 37/9 too...
I wholeheartedly agree with this, EWS, Loadhaul and Triple Grey would be superb in the next run. Just a few standard locos that are good candidates for renumbering/detailing etc.

Sorry if this has been asked before but there’s a lot of posts to wade through. For a while Greater Anglia were using Class 37’s on the Norwich to Great Yarmouth line with Mk3 coaches, did any of the releases from Accucraft work this diagram? Many thanks, Rob
37419 and 37423 definitely worked these sets and have been released by Accurascale.

Is it possible to test a Loksound V4 sound decoder in one of these models before purchasing a Accurathrash speaker to plug in?

I wouldn't bother checking your inbox - there's nothing about when the loco is due.
See my post above for more info.

I made a phone call to SLW this week regarding my order of 25324. They advised that the 25's should be here in October - subject to usual caveats.

Central Trains green would be my choice 👍

I'm fairly certain in the past that the header image has had no relevance to the announcement?

This is a superb layout and just shows what can be achieved in a small space. It has given me ideas for a future project with the imminent arrival of the new SLW 25..
What are the dimensions please?

Last email newsletter mentioned end of summer for the first set of 25's.

I disagree, for many modern multiple units, a cab light is on whilst moving, it just isn’t the front one. Don’t forget there is often a guard or revenue collector/inspector travelling in the rear cab.
Roy
However how many people run their layouts at night? Rear cab lights would not be used in the day time. I would agree that door interlock lights are of more benefit.

194 looks impressive, I would be keeping it as it is. The use of the AS ploughs is a nice touch. Might pick one of these up myself when the price comes down.

The 121 looks great Will, a fantastic representation with the weathering and detailing. Makes me want to pick one up myself for a project!

i'm wondering whether to get 466. never saw it in action in EWS but did stand next to the shiny thing at Toton open day
There's your answer, you've seen it so must get one 😉

Good on Accurascale for pushing ahead and tooling up quite a niche couple of locos for people to add to their collection. Not my era but I'm interested to see how these turn out and eagerly await my EWS 31466!

No update on the shipping of my order, however it was only placed on the 19th! Looking forward to adding 051 to the collection.

Nice one, very well deserved. Mostyn is a credit to you all - a superb layout.
Hopefully the 25's are close to landing now 🤞
