Agree with beast. The job is redundant not the person doing it

A friend of mine had this happen to him when i worked in the builders merchant. He was a delivery driver in the small pick up, they told him he was being made redundant & was cut loose. His son was then driving the pick up daily. To cut a long story short he took them to court & won where he was paid out thousands. As beast says speak to a legal advisor because i think you might have a case.
