      Cheers Jim, 'twas a pleasant sight on the way home from Speedway. Bumped into a very good old friend at New St as well (on his way to Wembley to work a 92 to Lichfield)

  10. 75 minute bus ride today, with nothing more engaging than the back of my fag packet to read. Mood not enhanced when someone gets on & sits at the front with a copy of 'Brunel, the Man who bult the world'. :-(

  24. Finally acquired a copy of GWRJ 54 today to satisfy my curiosity re: the Worcester vinegar branch. Stunned to find its proximity to Padmore Street, a place i've visited on many occasion. Surprised so much can still be traced on Google maps, something tells me I may be waylaid for a couple of hours next time I'm in that city!
