  1. The J15 I think is going to be a hell of a seller if they get it right. A loco for here there and every wear. Lets hope for the best. Mind you i do have two on order
  2. Yes my friend Have a b17 Thorpe Hall superb loco runs like a swiss watch. b1 next when this months wages go's in bank D16 and J15 on pre order. K1 or L1 christmas present with luck. All BR late crest for me like to have a Green diesel run every now and then a nice brush

Hi. if any one is interested there's a Hornby 01 late crest clearance on Ebay at the moment { damaged boxes } £95.00 all in say it quick but not bad more then 10 available just ordered one after watching a review on yotube was saving for a b1 but this loco looks superb on a long freight could not resist one

  6. Just been reading books on Norfolk and Suffolk railways { The mid-Suffolk light Peter Paye } As you say this loco turns up every were. I find it strange we have had to wait so long for a RTR loco of this class. I hope Hornby get this model done some time a long wait a head i think through. Shame I think that Bachmann did not take it up there J11 is a superb little loco Chris

Had an email from Hatton's regarding me cancelling my pre- order for the green non sound version 40 .don't want to risk it if its as bad as my brother-in=laws blue one was since returned and refunded never of us are capable of the work needed to make it move wheel clean and oil is about our limit. { not purchased from Hattons } any way they say its been extremely popular with there customers and haven't experienced problems with loco;s being returned and did not anticipate any issues with the green version.   8. Long wait for a 40 that looks like a 40. BUT it don't run and I don;t have the skill to add extra pick ups. is it not time for Bachmann to add something on this problem after all the time spent getting it to look like the real thing. Chris

  12. Just spent thee days re working a Lima BR Blue 73 into GBRF 208 Kirsten Sprayed it satin varnish to finish put it on top of the table lamp to dry and it melted it never done that before. Back to the start was looking good to

  13. Hi David Yes its the livery. As to a class 66 i got one from Andy ( cairnsroadworks } his done a superb repaint and weathering job on it a lot of money but then a lot of works gone into it. I dont dabble in sound so a couple of Heljan ones one at a time is not to bad. Someone will do a 66 limited edition soon but thats going to be £100.00 easy un less Bachmann do one normal release.
