    Dear HSBC, Thank you for notifying me for the third time in the last 12 months that you are reducing the interest rate on my 'savings' account. The content has been duly noted. I am sorry to report, however, that the corresponding letters notifying me of a reduction on the interest rate for my HSBC credit card seem to have gone missing in the post.

      Well, the banks need to get their priorities right - like paying the automatic bonuses for the guys in their "casino" divisions, for instance.

       

      Mere customers will never be "on the radar" - only existing to pay said bonuses.

       

      Don't worry about the "regulators" - like most "paper tigers", they don't seem to be there to uphold our interests …
