I know that it's in the process of being updated and modernised. 

But the old Bletchley to Oxford line line ended it's day's as mainly freight

Porkie It is a shame not more people give it a go in N gauge. I would not consider myself and expert modeller by any means, but the difference it makes to the feel of the layout is huge. I am sure there are people out there capable of doing better, just a shame most people seem put off by it.

If I wasn't using the Dapol masts, I would definitely be interested in trying to attach the wires. But just not possible at the moment as my masts rotate to give rail access for cleaning

Definitely something going on at the Bletchley end of the link, between the flyover and newton road. A rail digger has just along the rails infront of my house

The shades of blue are an absolute mere. To get near perfect. It does look very close to the blue I used on my Tiphook Rail steel carrier wagon.

Which was Halfords Rover (Nautilus blue).

Nothing wrong with steel wagons,
