Looks like it's always been there...

HI, the rodding is 0.45mm brass rod from Eileens Emporium or Alan Gibson, the cranks are from Brassmasters and Model Signal Engineering, and the rodding stools are also from MSE.
Are the stools the cast whitemetal ones?

That is, unless the men in the white coats don't cart me off first....
They havn't already? :D
I've got them to add to Felton Lane and Greyscroft Mine, although the ones I have are C&L they will no doubt be just as fiddly...
Thanks for the reminder that in an ideal world they should be greased, yes, this should make them more obvious and you will not have wasted your time after they blend in

Having seen this loco running on my layout at the weekend I think it's owner should be very pleased with it (even if it couldn't move 8 loaded ironstone wagons ). A superb job Paul.

Looking good James, stonework really looks the part.

Sorry Rammy (and others) the plan, like the second photo, doesn't want to show it's self.

So simple to do. Did you have any problems with the flanges rubbing on the brake shoes? I have had a few touching on my ironstone hoppers and all of the brake vans that I have done (these are fairly easy to thin as they pull out).
Have to agree that the liveries are so appealing... resist, resist.
