    Rumour has it that Blackburn want Tim Shewood as manager as he played there the last time they won the league. Tim has just been told by the great AVB that he wont get the technical directors job at the lane. So he could be the next mug. ( did any one notice the sarcastic remark )

    Great service yet again from 'Rails'. Ordered yesterday (weds), arrived at 8.00am today (thurs). Cant get better than that, and well done parcel Force. Usual disclaimer, i dont work for Rails.

    Anyone else notice the monkey chants aimed at Defoe by the Lazio fans last night ? AVB said he didn't hear them and unusualy Mr Wenger did and condemed them ( rightly ) this morning. Are the Italian fans realy so behind and out of date, so very 80s.

    I was only poking fun cos Chelsea got a hammering from a team that won the 'Lesser cup'. I no doubt will get buckets load of stick back this season, but i can take it. Its only fun, and i wont disapear like some have done on here.

    Strewth, 10 days and no post on this topic. Just back from hols and my team Spurs have got off to a stonking start ( i dont think ) fed up with Chelski fans on holiday taking the pi** regarding AVB. Its gonna be a long long season.

    OK, Someone explain why Portsmouth only have 7 players, but they have to leave by August the 10th or the club will close. Surely that will leave them with NO players. So how are they supposed to fulfill their league fixtures ?

    Just heard that Ledley King has had to retire. True legend at White Hart Lane, if his knees had been better he would have been the best centre half in England IMO. And he had that rare talent...Loyalty.
