Hi, just to give you an update on my Sky box problem. The original deal, as i said, proved to be a bum deal. I then said i wanted to cancel for sure. they offered me a new Sky+ box plus install for ??15. This has now been installed. Not bad i feel, however i realy WAS going to cancel and i think they knew that. They realy should look after existing customers better.

That Sky deal proved to be a bummer. Phoned this morn to book and the deal dont exist, so phoned to cancel and meant it. After lots of chat got a sky+ box plus install for ??15. Have paid and have install date and ref number so should be OK, will let you know. Regards

Yeah the snow in February was much better, where abouts in the country do you live ?

Got about 2 inches in the end and its caused travel chaos, how would we cope if we got 2 foot as they do in some countries ?
