  1. Just ordered a BR Green 2-EPB. I am definitely still a 'Southern' supporter at heart.

  2. A dilemma... Bachmann 4-CEP or a Hornby 4-VEP? Or most likely a more suitable 2-EPB? Oh dear... There can be only one.

      Don't bother with the Hornby 4VEP, the Bachmann models are far better - I own one example of each so I know!

      I have read all three threads thoroughly, but so far the only conclusion I have is I hope Bachmann do a 4-CIG.

      It was in my combats pocket I took it out to put on the windowsill and tripped on a mat phone sailed through the air and splash. A few four letter words were shouted. I love the comments. :-D

  4. Just attacked my Acton Shuttle with paint... I am undecided - I need to keep reminding myself its just a base coat. And that I had got used to seeing it in MilkyBar cream colour.

      8 tonnes should of got you quite far mind you locos dont steam well on dirt.

  7. Settled on OO Gauge - for now at least. New Layout underway... its always exciting a new project - especially when the baseboards are complete already.

  8. Currently attempting to repair an A4 Pacific - anyone know how to pop a tire back on the Hornby Pony Truck? Provided I can get the pony truck off that is...

  13. When you've been let down badly by the special lady in life, can turn to railway modelling... At least that can'r run away... unless its an unbraked freight with a snapped coupling.

      Good man , you know it makes sense. Next stop for you should be Telford on the 3rd or 4th then you will be hooked !!

       

  16. First O Gauge Wagon is a complete rolling chassis, bodywork done. All I need to do is add details. Very Happy!

  18. My SR terminus seems to have taken a hybrid LB&SCR with GWR Coaching stock look... intriguing.

  19. Oh dear my M7 nearly took a nose dive off the baseboard, good job it was dragging my failed T9 which barely kept it on.
