    Sat in the car, slowly inching forward to get around the one way system out of the busy car park and ANPR camera's claim I overstayed by 10 mins and got a £80 PCN from Parking eye ! I blame myself for being busy trying on coats instead of staying by the door, looking at the traffic building up
