    Managed to lose one stone. Very happy. I can't believe just how hard it is to lose weight in middle age.

      I've lost a stone or so. Down to 22 now. Another five and i'll be where i should be.

      Stick at it folks. Not a good way but I lost half a stone when I had the cold lurgy thing that's rampant just now. Just lost my appetite and have not really got that back and I'm not hungry. Having to be Gluten Free also helps as so much yummy stuff such as biscuits and cake is now out of bounds.
