A gaggle of UD milk tank wagons, two 4 wheelers ready for transfers joined by their 6 wheel big brothers.

Milk wagon update. Both chassis finish with transfers. Tanks 5th coat of white grey as very poor coverage ability…..useful slot for employing a nail file to hold whilst painting. Just drying then fitting together, add main lettering and rods.

Happy New Year one and all Through the countryside a freight train moves.... Peace and tranquillity shattered by the noise of the loco and clanking of the wagons. Onwards it will go to its destination... Then Peace and tranquillity will be restored.

Happy New Year This picture encapsulates for me, all that I was aiming for when I set up this layout all those years ago. A train moving through and behind the scenery.... A path wandering who knows where!! Tranquillity and peacefulness.

Around the corner and past the 'pesky' signal but now in our favour. Derelict house standing all quiet and forlorn with the wind whistling through the broken and missing windows. Typical LM day.

Thanks I had a look at that thread and I have the pictures referred to.

Thanks I have ordered a copy but it seems to have been caught in the post over the last few weeks.....? Still 'patiently' waiting

Once the UD wagons are done lining up my next project. Still in information gathering stage but I do have most of the rolling stock collected though the coach might change for a better one….! Weed Spraying Train Need to fine some more pictures (very sparse), drawings ( none found to date) and some Idea of the colour scheme as the b/w pictures I have don’t look like the tenders are green…. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.

Good morning this Christmas morning to you all All quiet at this house at the moment the hordes don't arrive until 11 ish then the peace will be broken.....in a nice way of course.... Lets spoil you today with a handful of pictures of the freight waiting to depart And one that took a bit of setting up

And now we catch the early morning freight train about to leave LM for the city. One of my Hatton's DJM Collett's doing the honours today, so draw up a chair, sit back and get ready to follow its adventure....

Merry Christmas

Now for an unusual angle that takes a bit of setting up. The camera is slung upside down on the tripod and then hung between the carriages and fencing, all done very gently and carefully and controlled via the iPhone. The only thing, for me, that grates is the greyboard backscene held by me to conceal the room but one day I might make a portable sky one.....one day!

The early morning express rushes through on towards the west, happy smiling faces peering out the windows getting ready for Christmas time. Sorry about being late today but no grandchildren to take to school so no alarm needed, not even for you lot......!!! 😀
