    I have used 3 DTM30 boards on my layout - recommend them - very resilient - took me a little while to figure out how it all works. Two are mounted under baseboards and connect to local panels. The third is a standalone control panel for the whole layout.

    I like that you can do the drifty/coasts thing on flat track as well - reduce the throttle by a few steps and the chuffs vanish until the speed drop to the set speed and it starts to huff again…

    When you get to where you want to drift reduce the speed on the throttle by one step - the loco should then ‘drift’ increasing the throttle by one and it should start again…..

    Cam Valley Narrow Gauge Railway - originally Clutterbox built by Tim Ellis - 09 (9mm gauge track - 7mm/ft - representing a gauge of 18”) - uses stock from my Derwent Road layout. Recently Added-47 by -bandmbill- All Photos-6190 by -bandmbill- Recently Added-45 by -bandmbill- All Photos-6189 by -bandmbill- I had started to make some changes intending to have it ready for StowRail 2020 but they stopped when lockdown happened....
