Hi all Just got back in the office and processing all the orders from overnight. I will get to look at the postage issue today and I'll post a reply on here tonight. The model has started off extremely well, haven't counted up yet but it's going like hot cakes! We will have a sample for Warley so you will all have to call by and say hello and have a look at what can be yours next year!! To answer someone elses question - sorry can't remember who it was - we hope to do 750 of each model. All will come with certificates (not the trailing car) I think the sound version will sell out first as that seems to be the one everyone is going for. We will be able to do a few more to satisfy demand but not 1000s of them! If we do an exclusive model we like it to be just that. Shout if you want to know anything else Cheers

We would like to thank everyone for the wonderful response to the release of our Exclusive L & Y Tank engine. The rush of orders in the last week or so has been great. We have produced and distributed 3 excellent models over the last few months and locomotionmodels.com have an exciting programme for 2014/15. These were the first exclusives to be handled solely by Locomotion, and as has been helpfully pointed out by some members we are a small team who also have a museum to run! As has also been pointed out we are a charity as well, and the sale of models helps to run the museum and keep our admission free. Locomotion: The National Railway Museum at Shildon is delighted to announce the NRM’s latest Exclusive Edition in the “National Collection in Miniature” model railway series produced by Bachmann is now in stock! The latest version of this finely detailed model of the Deltic Prototype locomotive carries the livery it ran in on the Eastern Region. This livery depicts the slight variation to the English Electric Deltic colour scheme which the locomotive carried when it operated on the East Coast Main Line. Previous issues of this NRM Exclusive Edition have all featured its preserved livery, and this is the first time that the OO scale locomotive in its “in mainline service” condition has been available. The model is available in four variants - pristine DCC ready; pristine DCC fitted; pristine DCC fitted with sound; and weathered DCC ready. The latter 3 options however have very limited availability and the Weathered variant is nearly sold out. The Early Bird offer will last until Sunday 11th August 2013 and then the price will increase and free P&P will end. .
