Whitby 50G
Shame I can't be there...but am about to start to model Goathland Station (with an added Light Railway to Fylingdales!!!!) 13,000 miles away from the prorotype. Was there a few weeks ago and took lots of photos but unfortunately have lost the flashcard (tearing out of hair!!!). If anyone has a photo of the road bridge (under which is the single slip) the old stone loading facility remains and the area which relates the Goods Shed to the Coaling staithes and the back part of the Station building I would be eternally grateful
Boris
No problem, how many photos do you want? But I'm not taking them now as it's dark. And I will be demonstrating my famous soldering whilst sozzled act.

Whitby 50G
Thanks Boris for your offer....hope the sozzled soldering wasall that it should have been. I just need a couple of the area where the stone loading used to take place as there are still some remains on the hillside that I would like to incorporate. In addition two or three of the bridge from each direction as I seem to recall the bridge sides are different at road level. Many thanks

James
James, you must be the most literate six month old I know. I will choose to take that as a compliment I'm especially pleased with you choosing to use the words 'James' and 'literate' in the same sentence! Doesn't often happen!
