Something has changed though, we were never popular in recent years and it was heavily linked with out political stance on Europe and we know where that led.
I'm not reading too much news at present, but is the UK driving a lot of the activity against the Russians presently, I mean I noted even Macron was making overtures towards us last week with regards political associations within Europe.

Wow and the UK would have won had it not been for a little 'operation' on the Russian border.
What the heck have we done to find ourselves so popular amongst the Europeans again, or is our popularity linked as well to the 'special operation'
Strange times indeed, but this indeed is how we continue to show our support for Ukraine in ways that will leak into the general Russian population so they can understand they are being lied to.

I hand wrote a letter today, I mean who actually takes the time to write a letter who isn't Royalty or sending love.
I was going to the Post Office to send back a warranty claim and thought whilst I was at it I should send another item. With no time to get out a computer / printer I simply wrote a note - joined up writing and everyfink.
Remembered not to write 'Love' at the bottom 😆

Wow, just experienced Amazon AI on chat.
It correctly guessed that I wished to chat concerning an order that was late being delivered and simply offered to replace the items. Then it re-ordered the items and I can see the new order.
That's efficient.

Once again, Radio 3 is playing some arty farty modernistic crap, so I have been forced to get up out of my chair and switch the channel to Classic FM, who are currently playing Charpentier, much better.

I am still wondering why for the past week I've had 'A Wombling Merry Christmas' on repeat in my head, now supplemented in the mix with 'Remember you're a Womble'
I have not been listening to anything even remotely 1970s on any radio or YouTube channel let alone seen any small scurrying rats talking to themselves using a voice very similar to Bernard Cribbins whilst hunting through rubbish in Wimbledon.
At least Captain you can switch channels, my brain does not offer that choice and Wombling it is until some other random song replaces it on the repeat cycle.
