I'm staying back near the house I just sold this week and was cycling around yesterday thinking I dont miss it at all. I think you know when it's a right decision and nice to be able to enjoy memories without regrets. Hope thats the case with your 7mm chapter!

You may or may not know that the "modest space" is located within one of NASA's disused hangers for the Saturn V rocket.

 

Hence Mr P's impressive list of former and current layouts.  Mr P has plenty of room for another O gauge layout.
