What the title says, really.  Message comes up saying 'Resource Limit Is Reached', whatever that means!  Can I access it it and if not are there alternative appropriate to information for the 1948-58 period?

I spotted this yesterday - I believe it means that the site is too busy for server spec assigned to it - so the site owner needs to upgrade it (with the associated costs). I think once it comes back online I need to send a donation to help with the costs as it's a superb site.

It's back :-)

https://www.brdatabase.info/index.php

with this statement:

"An Apology - 25th February 2023

BRDatabase has suffered an outage for the past week or so and this was due to the domain name expiring. I knew it was due to expire but I was suddenly (and I mean suddenly!) called away on business to Paris where I had no access to my renewal details. BRDatabase is secure for another year at least and I hope I have not inconvenienced anybody too much.

I should also say that rumours of my death have been greatly exaggerated!"

Not showing for me either at the moment.

All I get is this when I try to go to BR Database, is there any way past - like another web address?, is the site ever coming back and who is Philip K. Dick?
