IIRC it is one of a pair belonging to The Imperial War Museum. The other is on loan to the WHHR and is being rebuilt in the guise of ex WHR 590 scrapped in WW2. Statfold Barn also has two recently imported from India awaiting restoration. A small number still exist in India, one in France converted to diesel and possibly others elsewhere - sorry I don't have my list to hand at present. Ray. Jeff Smith Posted September 18, 2015 Share Posted September 18, 2015 It would be nice to see one cosmetically modified to GVT Baldwin appearance - the gauge alteration would be difficult and prevent it running on anything else except 2'4.5" track of which there is not a lot, if any.
