themagicspanner
This is one of the pics that sparked this build I really like the dirty look and the ground cover is great Hopefully I can achieve the same image.jpeg Neil, You've just inspired my next project... a 3' x 8" P4 plank depicting that exact scene from Neville Hill. mason
More progress on the backscene and the hard standing is taking shape with some colour to it. Needs toning down a bit as its a little dark.
mason
I have now completed the point operating system Using O gauge rail with a brass wire pin soldered on and into the tie bar The rail sits in a plastic tube that goes into the frame and held in place using electrical cable holders Works a treat and is easily repairable if needed Also a few details have been added to the inside of the single road shed Benchs, tools and pipes

mason
It's been a few months since any updates Mostly due to the amount of work that little layouts has seen and the impending opening of our own model shop so things have been very hectic Things have slowly progressed in the back ground with the layout and I will post new pictures in due course. The layout has two shows booked this year The Corby and district model society in October And we are honoured to be invited to the gaugemaster 40th anniversary show which we are delighted to attend. In the meantime keep an eye out for our shop opening which we are so excited about. Please come and support us and our business venture
