RMweb Gold daveyb Posted July 4, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 4, 2016 I hope I haven't covered something from another post... I can't work the search from my phone in this location. Does anyone know why 1929 STD Stock DM 3327 was on a low loader in Regent St today? Thanks

RMweb Premium John M Upton Posted July 4, 2016 RMweb Premium Share Posted July 4, 2016 On it's way to/from the London Transport Museum? That isn't all that far from Regent's Street if I recall correctly.

RMweb Gold Oldddudders Posted July 4, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 4, 2016 Thank you. BBC News is not the first choice here in Canada! But obviously is in Oz, where DavidB-AU lives!
RMweb Premium Gwiwer Posted July 4, 2016 RMweb Premium Share Posted July 4, 2016 The BBC provides credible news in Oz whereas the ABC (Australian, not American, Broadcasting Corporation) lacks some depth of coverage and the commercial channels only seem to cover what their paymasters want us to hear. By the by there cannot be many places even in London where a tube car has travelled both above and below the same street. They tried once in the Lord Mayor's Procession but on that occasion i had to be withdrawn after failing to negotiate a turn in the City of London. RMweb Gold Joseph_Pestell Posted July 4, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 4, 2016 Like the new black cab. Something Rolls Royce about that front end design.
RMweb Premium PhilJ W Posted July 4, 2016 RMweb Premium Share Posted July 4, 2016 Like the new black cab. Something Rolls Royce about that front end design. It had 'Metro-cab' markings so I wonder if its a replacement for the current TI model or a competitor.
