In the Lune Gorge if I'm not mistaken, taken from Fairmile Road?

Ever noticed the heart shaped copse on the east side of the valley?

Keith

Yes the lune gorge from the other side of the valley, had a bit of time to kill one day so decided to try and find the road I'd seen for years from the railway, and well worth it it was too

the heart shaped coppice is actually known as 'the heart of cumbria', the day I took the above pic the floor of it was covered in bluebells, was going to stop for some pics but there ain't many stopping places near it!

Can I use this pic again?

post-1525-0-79124000-1497128691.jpg

If yes then how about a pic taken with a 'B' shutter speed.

For the pre-digital folks, that was when you held the shutter open to capture an image ;)

If I can't use the same image as I've posted earlier in the thread: wildcard. :)

Sleeper train - the Kyiv to Odesa overnighter in November 2016

For the next one - had a lot of general pics recently, lets go a little more specific again - a Loco Hauled Train at a Southern Region London Terminus - scheduled or excursion, at any point in history.

How about the construction of Clifton Carriage Sidings in York? Taken with a Praktika SLR on a tripod with a cable release.

A train that includes the colour red. Monochrome is also acceptable.

Gosh, far too slow again.

Next - another multiple unit

One of the new Electrical Multiple Units in Auckland, New Zealand. Almost silent, and much quicker than our old diesel units.

Next, rather specific this one, a Class 66 hauling a passenger train at Garelochhead. Let's see if someone can do it. I'm thinking a wild card may be forthcoming haha.

Hi Hilux. Specific locomotive numbers are against the rules. You can name a class of loco.

Sorry I didn't see that rule. Duly amended.

Doesn't open it up much though, does it?

I'd wager there's not many other 66's on passenger trains been that way?

Just sayin' like
