RMweb Premium ELTEL Posted April 28, 2020 RMweb Premium Share Posted April 28, 2020 Which ones ?
grahame
Cheapest doesn't mean best quality. As weathering powders are relatively cheap it might be best to select the brand you want. But currently it's a matter of finding somewhere where you can mail order on-line and they're in stock. Be prepared for some googling.
HonestTom
Personally I use the cheap matte eyeshadow you can find on eBay from various sellers. A palette of blacks and greys and one of browns have served me very well. 1 2 1

Black-board chalk sticks can be used as well. Edited June 17, 2020 by Stubby47

Tamiya do weathering packs that look just like a woman's eye shadow make up compact which includes a suitable brush and sponge applicator and appropriate shades - just the job for a bit of manly make-up . . . ;-)
Campaman
The problem with some of the ladies eye shadow stuff is the glitter in them. Cheap artists pastel sets are a better bet, grind them down with a modelling knife edge.
