RMweb Premium JDW Posted October 31, 2023 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 31, 2023 Possibly a slightly random question but why pale blue and not the usual NR yellow? Or is the answer "just because..." ?
RMweb Premium uax6 Posted October 31, 2023 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 31, 2023 I'm guessing that its a cost thing. They are all going around in the base of the liveries that they wore in passenger service, just with the branding replaced. Andy G
RMweb Gold Robert Shrives Posted October 31, 2023 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 31, 2023 The light blue livery a good one to model, I was going to use British Steel blue I have in stock. Robert

It was in Stagecoach colours before. The light blue does match NR polo shirts, maybe the yellow trains are going blue? Jo

hmrspaul
Detail photos of 155385 in York yesterday at https://paulbartlett.zenfolio.com/153385 - Yes the other side! 50 photos of this item now. Anyone modelled this? They work back and forth so rather unusually could be used rather like a branchline push pull unit appearing quickly on a branch line or local mainline layout.
