SR WW2 era King Arthur class detail question

Hi, got a lovely N15 in SR black and want to fit lamps to the front, are these appropriate for the era?

It's not an SR type lamp as these had round rather than square bodies see here https://www.modelu3d.co.uk/product/2074/

I think they come gratis w Hornby Bulleid pacifics, or Roxey do a nice etch.

Regarding the lamps, I've now seen some photos so I guess they did carry them during the day?

I can recommend etched discs from either Roxey Models or 247 Developments.

SR Engine Headsignals were generally discs, but could be lamps, during the day but had to be lamps during the hours of darkness so would often be carried on a service in daylight that would be either ending or started in darkness.
