Good little show as always, decent trade (unless you are looking for N scale in which case you will be out of luck) but you need patience to travel the aisles when it gets really busy.

Spent about an hour wandering around before it got too crowded.  Some nice layouts on view.  My friend Mark and I had fun navigating the flooded sections of the A29 in his Range Rover heading to and from the show.

Good if surprisingly packed show.

 

Also a good club shop though if you weren't there this morning you've likely missed your chance. It was looking pretty much decimated as I left.

Ah yes, forgot to mention, if you are driving, a lot of the roads, particularly the A29 between Fontwell and Bognor are badly affected by flooding

 

 

Should be interesting for the rail replacement buses tomorrow!

an excellent day out , I took the wife to the model railway exhibition at Bognor Regis , we went on the Sunday . , Parking was easy , some first class layouts and numerous Trade stands , ( and some very tasty cake) , every thing from "G" to " N" scale (some layouts I had seen before , like the excellent SR based TT layout , third rail as well). the star of the show was the four track main line (Weaver hill ) wel, worth the drive ( yes its only 20 miles , but most of that was flooded)

Good to hear positive comments for our show, which matches the feedback we got at the weekend. Comments about congestion were noted.

 

We had our 2022 visitor numbers by 2pm on the first day. Additionally our exhibition manager tried out a new layout this year and will be looking at ways to further improve the show. I will draw his attention to this thread

We had a very enjoyable weekend with Weaver Hill, so thank you for the invite. It did look a well attended show which was good to see.
