Hi eastwestdivide, It wasn't a filter or photoshop process - it's an artefact but it's one I like to use, in some shots.... There are a lot of lamps in the yard, and you can minimise, or maximise the effect depending on your position etc I've taken quite a numer of shots there, and I quite like the effect in some views It can, however, be a pain if you can only take a particular view from one angle, if you don't want the effect, or feel one of the lamps detracts from the shot...
