Just to add more to the above one of the people who is being banned us on the board of the supporters trust and is about to be confirmed as trusts member on the football clubs board .the other fan was falsley accused of a racist incedent with the owners brother (our director of football ) at a pre season friendly for which he was completeley and totaly exhonerated by GMP after a thorough investigation .The person issueing the ban has form for doing the same whilst employed by the Oystens at Blackpool . To treat loyal fans this way for vocalising they're concern at the way the club is being run is dispicable but then again nothing suprises us from this bunch of clowns .

Oh dear, oh dear....

This really is grim and, by sounds of it, more and more desperate by those in charge.

Keep up the good work lads.

After this mob has gone, I am going to try and get there for the first "idiot(s) free game.

Kev.

one director already tendered his resignation multiple sponsors pulling funding and requesting refunds season ticket holders surrendering tickets and requesting refunds which club currently refusing  think somebody really has failed to read the room on this one .

this all follows an attempted social media smear campaign via theyre tame proxies of members of the trust and other fans groups over the last week  me thinks they are a bit rattled by the empty the park protest v forrest green

Well I wasn't expecting the score line of  Leicester City 1 Liverpool 0 last night at the King Power, as Liverpool had scored at least once in their previous 28 league games and Leicester don't do "clean sheets" these days.

An excellent gritty defensive performance from a cobbled together back four with Schmeichel in great shot stopping mode and a good measure of luck thrown into the mix - and then to score the only goal of the game with your only shot on target all night - all very strange.

Definitely a late Christmas present, after going out of the League Cup  throwing away a two goal lead and losing the penalty shootout against Liverpool just 6 days ago and having suffered a 6-3 drubbing by Man. City on Boxing Day, although with three first choice centre backs, three first choice full backs, our best defensive midfielder, best wide player and best striker all crocked not that surprising really.

It looks like Brendan Rodgers may have at last begun to ditch zonal (zombie?) defence based on tonight's defensive shape and if we can get a few players back fit perhaps the second half of the season will be better than the roller coaster first half has been.

and still the pain goes on 0-0 draw away at Barrow where we spent the last 20 mins playing 6 at the back and our keeper got booked for time wasting in the last minute. according to our latest "interim " manager (yesman)  we should celebrate a battling performance ?????

this leaves us 3 points adrift of safety whom now have two games in hand unless by some miracle our sporting director has a complete volte-face on his recruitment policy cant see us strengthening during the jan window more likely outcome is the three prospects who have come through the youth system to rave reviews who indecently didn't play last night  will be sold on for peanuts to fund the club

126 years of history decimated in four years by these clowns

heartbreaking

Bought a book about the events at Ice Station Zebra 30 years ago off the internet just before Christmas. Do you realise that Latics could be the first Premiership team relegated out of the EFL? Tragic!

Yes we are constantly reminded on local media outlets with unseasing regularity

I understand your pain. Pompey nearly had that dubious honour (that, or going bust a few years back). Keep the faith, you are only a couple of points adrift.

A couple of points adrift of a team with two games in hand who are strengthening and hitting form .meanwhile our sporting director  (owners brother) will yet again be in  charge of recruitment during this window his previous 6 attempts at this would be best described as inept .this whilst still under an EFL transfer  embargo does not bode well .the only transfer news we here is derisery offers from local rivals for the two tallented youngsters that have come through this season no doubt the clowns will accept the first bid in six figures for both and the money will vanish somewhere .the faith is being kept but for many nothing short of a Lazarus like miracle will keep our 126 year football league status .#Abdallahout #saveoafc #nomorepenniesforthelemmys

And it's not just on the field that they are destroying the club off the field they are as bad long term hard working staff sacked and either not replaced or they're roll handed to young inexperienced or incaple new staff who are covering four or five other roles that constantly keep changing .numerous wrongfull dismissal cases coming to the fore or settled .replacments in senior roles appaling our last CEO was incharge at Bury during there demise and has left under a cloud his replacment was part of the regime at Blackpool during the end of the Oystens tenure so the calber of person can be seen . The stadium is a dilapidated mess that is falling into disrepair with little or no maintenance evident .only threats from the EFl brougtabout much needed refurbishment of the floodlights .the whole matchday experiance is dour no pre match or half time entertainment surly agresive stewards food outlets that usualy have tun out of pies etc before half time so it's not just on the field they are wrecking our club #Abdallahout #saveoafc

They wouldn't be the first major First Division team of the modern era though. Two teams that voted for the PL have actually spent time in non league.

Luton went in the last season of the proper First Division in 1992 to the Conference in 2005. Notts County relegated the same season are still down there!

My local team got a good showing on the Beeb yesterday, and no wonder! After featuring on Football Focus which was filmed live from there they went on to win and had a really enjoyable section on MoTD, well worth watching just for the last section in the dressing room after the game...

Well done The Harriers, there'll be some sore heads this morning in Kiddy! :)

Although fair to both teams on the day I still don't think VAR's use in the FA Cup is right when it is only used if a Premier league team is playing at home. A team can get knocked out despite a clear and obvious error just because they are playing at the wrong stadium. I thought the cup was a great leveller but not when the same rules do not apply to every game.

So when did our national side last successfully convert eight penalties from eight, followed by eight from nine?

(Only one shown on MoTD - to spare the blushes?)

Probably round about the last time they actually won anything? I'm told that scoring more goals than the "other lot"  during "normal time" , and repeating this exercise until the final whistle goes, is reckoned effective... perhaps they might try that?

"Eeeeeeh... jumpers for goalposts...<wheeze> ... game o' two halves..." I'm reminded (from numerous sources, in local press up and down the land) that it's fifty years since Colchester knocked Leeds out of the FA Cup in 1971.

So, for a bonus point... how many players on the pitch that day, held World Cup winners medals?
