    Lovely old Commer van re purposed as a beer van in for some remedial work at one of my drops yesterday.

    yup our van was approaching the give way line when the skoda cut the corner would not have been able to see our van due to a high hedge untill to late but is notorious for cars cutting there

    Had a couple of skodas a 120l & a 130l .the later gained the alloy 8 port head from the 136 twin 40s l & lowered stiffened springs .surprised a few hot hatches and stuck to the road especially after a foot long length of rail was bolted under the front bonnet .great fun on a twisty moorland road .

    has the highway code changed in regards to right turns ? one of our company vans was hit yesterday just between the passenger door and the front wing by an idiot turning right onto the road he was just coming upto the give way line on .managed to push the fully loaded renault traffic 3feet sideways and wreck the skoda Octavia he was driving but he wasnt speeding and is insisting the bump was not his fault . we have the whole thing on cctv so he doesent have a leg to stand on .

    wasnt it also to do with grants for maintenance if a route was designated as a passenger route it received more funding seem to remember york mail being routed via OAGB & Ashton moss south for this reason .

    Remember driving down the A57 one evening when an Apache looped around Barton airport hovered over the road then side slipped onto the GMP helipad next door . Did think that it was a bit of overkill to deal with the criminal elements that were in the middle of a vicious turf war localy at the time

    Ok you lot appeal for help my friend's mk1 1985 honda jazz suffered a stone through the windscreen last night .after contact with insurance lead time for replacement is 4-6 weeks !! .bossat work has phoned around his contacts and is getting similar numbers .does anyone know of one lying unused somewhere long shot i know but .....

    Shock horror saw an amazon van today with every single panel arch and bumper in pristine condition and it wasnt brand new .
