Welsh Wizzard
This loco was built from a JLTRT kit by Paul Hannah for Stephen Fay and painted by the coopers of North Wales, and then came to me for weathering, hope you like it.

darren01
" I want O gauge ! she looks amazing and very well weathered , one thing that looks a little odd is the colour on the rear rod, have you throught about useing gloss tan mixed in with oily steel ,give a nice oily look to the rods, other than that she looks a bute, well done sir. Welsh Wizzard
Darren, it was coppied from the picture given to me with that very flat look to the coupling rods. I used metalcote gunmetal in the mixture for the rods which has been polished up and can be seen in a different light.

coachmann
One of the reasons for this model's magnificence is the lining out has just the right balance and does not stand out like flourescent stripes. I don't think I know the painter but he obviously knows to use tan instead of orange.
