Love it. Love it. Love it. :sungum:  :sungum:  :sungum:

I had a childhood friend who lived in Abercynon.  We met up when she visited a neighbour for holidays, usually twice a year.

I visited Blaenclydach in the Rhondda when very small indeed but the memory lives on.  Special place down there, isn't it mun?   :sungum:

Will be following this one, for sure.  :sungum:  [hope you're not getting bored with the same smiley]

Keep [edit. insert: up] the good work.

Hi Phil

I have just been enjoying Pen y Bryn,   again a lovely backscene , nice weathering and atmosphere,

The figures are Montys models (they have great poses  and of course some Dapol

and I also play blues harp.

Not really a green diesel days modeller myself but this layout has a really nice feel about it. Looks like a fabulous warm day in Wales. I may well tick the follow box on this as a nice little get away now and again.

The name of the layout does remind me a little of my grandad chuntering in the corner mind!

Having been privelied enough to see Abercynnon Fach,

I can only add positive words. The photos and video clip are great...

... but honestly, it is even better "in the flesh"

bags of atmosphere in a small space, and nice & simple to operate

Another case for DCC sound - as it's nice just to watch locos coming onto shed,

and stitting there, ticking over or hissing away.... lovely :)

Thanks for posting the pics Brian

Cheers
