allan downes
Small goods shed for new layout. The gable ends as influenced by Tetbury goods shed and probably the largest goods shed on the whole GWR branchline network that bravely defied the wrecking ball when they demolished the branch. It's now, I believe, a coal merchants. This version of it will be about half as long and, when you've only got 6ft 6 to play with, long enough ! Cheers. Allan. allan downes
Bin motorin' today ! Small goods shed all boxed up and roof ready for tiling. Even built the goods office componants but they're still wet ! As you've probably noticed I'm building with Wills stone sheets and though 2mm thick these sheets can be bent around right angles as you can see in the photographs by filing a wide, deep groove down the back of the fold then 'flooding' the groove with solvent which will soften the plastic enough for it to be bent without splitting. Try it first though on a scrap section. Cheers. Allan.

bgman
Germanifying the turntable's one thing - but what *have* you done to that Bachmann City of Truro? ;-)No City of Truro but locomotive exchanges were carried out using City of Bath as you can see...... Then with a later development the early designers decided to give their new sleak Bratwurst Express a run out .......... Not certain it really caught on !
